Volcabulary



texture- the looks and feels of a rock.
grains-something that gives rock its texture, such as peices of minerals and other rock.
igneous rock- a rock created by the cooling of magma, lava,or molten rock.
sedimentary rock- a rock created by peices of other rock or the remains of plants and animals,crushed,pressed and cemented together.
metamorphic rock- a rock made when an already made rock changes from heat and pressure, or chemical reaction.
